Thighter Tush With One Move

Always envied a tighter tush? You can get it in only one move! Yes! Here is that one move that will get your tush tighter than a Santa Clause hug. Known as the sumo squat, it is the most effective variation of squats.
Here you get in the squat position with the feet pointing in opposite directions. Then propel yourself upwards into a jump, straightening your legs and as you land, lower yourself into the squat position. Repeat this for about a minute

Another recommended variation of squats is the grand pliƩ squat. Here, get in the squat position and pivot the balls of your feet to move your body 90-degrees to the right. Repeat this for about a minute
